One third of the waste in our grey garbage cans is food waste. Rather than losing this resource, short circuit solutions exist to recover it locally by composting or methanization. Local authorities have been obliged to offer a solution for sorting bio-waste at source and citizens have the opportunity to be positively involved in this evolution thanks to the equipment put in place which includes digital tools.
